Peanut Laddu or Kappalandi laddu is a very easy, healthy n nutritious sweet that can be prepared within minutes. Made with roasted peanuts, jaggery, ghee(to enhance the flavour-Its optional), Rice flour (varuthu podichath), Grated Coconut.
You can even add some dry raisins (for more taste and it improves much more presentation-wise)
